The two-arm bent-over row plank stretch

The 2-arm bent over row is a full body exercise designed to build strength in your back, arms, and abs.

This is perfect for the beginner and intermediate workout, and you can always modify and change it to fit your fitness level. The cool-down of each workout will include the same stretch for abs, triceps, and inner / outer thighs and calf muscles, and also some stretches for shoulder and neck stretches. As the workout continues, there are more and fewer reps, and you will be working to near muscular failure.

stored up jump rope

There was a good amount of cross-training activities. Jumping rope is the main sport I did during the week, but we also did more of a low intensity cross-training program such as biking, swimming, Pilates and weight lifting. I liked that because it kept things interesting and also let me use other muscles and make things challenging during jumping rope. I really appreciated the encouragement to try different exercises. A huge part of working out is finding exercises that you enjoy and can stick to on a regular basis, so this was great.

🌎

I was able to learn a different variation of an exercise or skill and incorporate it back to my regular routine. I loved that the trainers would make sure to highlight the benefits of something new and encourage me to try it even if I was still in a comfortable place. The main thing that I like so much about T25 is that it is so well structured. The classes are short, and they get right to the point with the exercise.

💪🏿

They do a 30-minute class for all the exercises every day, and they take a rest day or days off after 4. The workouts are designed to build your strength, cardio, and muscle tone and are all very low impact. You should know that there are a little bit of steps involved with your weight training and you may find the gym a little challenging at first, but that's what makes this studio so beneficial to individuals with physical disabilities and seniors. I love this studio because it allows anyone to start to make an exercise routine easier and accessible to them.
